First Level Support - Teamcenter Enterprise, JIRA, Bit-Bucket, Confluence

 

Náplň Vaší pracovní pozice.:

  • First level support for Teamcenter Enterprise users world-wide, especially in the area of product data management, engineering release and sales release management
  • First level support for JIRA, Confluence, Bit-Bucket users world-wide
  • Support all users in daily operation trouble-shooting via Ticketing tool, E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium
  • Route incidents to 2nd Level Support if necessary
  • Ensure incidents and resolutions are effectively documented
  • Process pre-approved change requests
  • Provide user manuals and functional documents
  • Train and support users during the rollout of new functionalities

Vyžadované znalosti:

  • Experience in providing customer support on technical issues
  • Able to utilize IT troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve basic issues and requests and to provide effective solutions quickly
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications
  • Communication skills in English, both written and spoken
