Náplň Vaší pracovní pozice.:
- Deployment of a global POS solution for a new retail customer - a multinational clothing company.
- The goal will be to set up all "ITIL" processes for the subsequent operation and support of IT services - Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfillment, Release mgmt
- Responsible for customer IT Service Management organization design
- Design ITMS Processes framework - Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Release
- Design ITSM interfaces towards customer
- Should be able to think in both detailed and high-level context of the problem
- Excellent management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, be able to provide results on time
- Self-driven to achieve goals independently as well as work as team player
- 3+ years\' experience working in a Service Management role and driving process improvement initiatives
- Experience with retail solutions or DN IT/application support is advantage
- ITIL v3 higher level of ITIL Certifications
