Náplň Vaší pracovní pozice.:
• Providing support for middleware Oracle OSB (Oracle Service Bus) for internal departments as well as external customer and provider. Tasks are for example:
- Manage escalations when required.
- Monitoring and problem analysis/solving of interfaces and internal system services
- Support project teams during project activities (e.g. end-to-end Testing)
• Realization of changes (new interfaces, enhancements of existing interfaces) with OSB. This includes activities like change handling, communication/coordination/testing with customer or provider, documentation, specification of interfaces etc.
• Assistance for release upgrades as well as for patches of Oracle OSB or EBS
• Work in an international team based in several locations
• Work on continuous improvement of support quality as well as of standardization of solutions
• Provide functional documents as well as user manuals
