OSB/Interfaces Support/Changes

 

Náplň Vaší pracovní pozice.:

•        Providing support for middleware Oracle OSB (Oracle Service Bus) for internal departments as well as external customer and provider. Tasks are for example:

-         Manage escalations when required.

-         Monitoring and problem analysis/solving of interfaces  and internal system services

-         Support project teams during project activities (e.g. end-to-end Testing)

•        Realization of changes (new interfaces, enhancements of existing interfaces) with OSB. This includes activities like change handling, communication/coordination/testing with customer or provider, documentation, specification of interfaces etc.

•        Assistance for release upgrades as well as for patches of Oracle OSB or EBS

•        Work in an international team based in several locations

•        Work on continuous improvement of support quality as well as of standardization of solutions

•        Provide functional documents as well as user manuals

Vyžadované znalosti:

Technical and functional skills:

  • ORACLE Service Bus (OSB) 11g/12c 
  • ORACLE WebLogic Server 
  • ORACLE Database 11g and PL/SQL
  • ORACLE E-Business Suite 12.2.x 
  • IT-Infrastructure (network, protocols, firewall, VPN, Linux, etc.)
  • Java and Java Messaging Service (JMS)
  • Web Service technologies, such as WSDL, SOAP, REST
  • XML technologies, such as XSLT, XQuery, XSD, XPath 
 

Soft skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills, including both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication capabilities
  • Ability to coordinate and lead projects with customer and provider.
  • Customer-oriented occurrence, experiences in customer-related business and/or a ticket tool are welcome
 At minimum 2-3 years professional experiences (as external or internal consultant)
