Náplň Vaší pracovní pozice.:
- II/III-Level Support regarding ICT and Applications (Backend, Incident/Problem/Change/Release )
Configuration Mgmt.), III-Level Planning & Solving Group
- Overall responsible for the Incident management process for applications and application serves
- Coordination of system deploments
- Prioritisation of tasks and leadership of junior team membetrs.
- Control and Management of Job's (Batch, Backup, Archive, Journals, Log's, …),
- Delivery of complex non standard orders (special reports for customers, etc.)
- Continual improvement of application support, monitoring and knowledge base.
- Able to communicate in English language (speak, read, write)
- IT technology background. Linux knowledge, SQL knowledge, General Overview about Java and J2EE platform.
- Experience in application support - deployment and maintenance of complex systems.
- Ability to coordinate and lead junior team members
- Experience in ICT services in large organization, Experience in ITSM according to ITIL
