Job description

II/ III-Level Support regarding ICT and Applications (Backend, Branch/ Store, Incident/ Problem/ Change/ Release/

• Branch/ Store

• Incident/ Problem/ Change/ Release/ Configuration Mgmt.

• III-Level Planning & Solving Group

Configuration Mgmt., III-Level Planning & Solving Group

Overall responsible for the Incident management process for applications and application servers

Operation of: Middleware (XML Gateway, Load Balancer, ActiveMQ, ..),  Payments Applications,

Delivery of complex non standard orders (special reports for customers, etc.)

Control and Management of: Job's (Batch, Backup, Archive, Journals, Log's, …), Data Management, Interface's

 (sftp, e-Mail, scheduling, control, …)

Support of EUHD: Know error documentation, Providing of Tools

Vyžadované znalosti:

Job requirements

Ability to communicate in English language (speak, read, write) and very good communication skills

Advanced Windows knowledge, Professional education in Computer Science, Information Technology

3 year\'s experience in application support

Powershell and Bash Scripting

MS SQL Server

Knowledge of vb.net and c# is advantage

Application Operation & Interface

Basic Network/FW understanding (TCP/IP)

Experience in ICT services in large organization, Experience in ITSM according to ITIL

Windows Command Line

Proactive approach to problems

Ability to catch the data for design improvement

Time management skills

Ability to work independently and also as Team player

Driving tasks through entire process flow (organize and drive meetings, oversee to task assigned to other departments)
